Clean Out Your Pipes with a Proper Power Flush!
Does your central heating make banging noises? Are there cold patches on the radiators (especially at the bottom)? If so, there’s a good chance it needs Power Flushing!
A central heating system should have a chemical inhibitor added once a year otherwise you can suffer a build-up of sludge, which will impair the effectiveness of the system.
Power Flushing will remove the deposits in your radiators, making your central heating much more efficient.
Gas Safety Checks for Landlords and Letting Agents
To comply with the current legislation, any rented property must have a valid Gas Safety Certificate,
which can only be issued following an inspection carried out on an annual basis by a Gas Safe (formally CORGI) registered engineer.
